Product Description
Enhance your shop with an expanding outfeed table for your jobsite table saw. 7X your working space so you can cut up to a 4'x8' sheet of plywood. This build is perfect for those looking to save space in a smaller shop or garage. Originally designed for the DeWalt DWE7485 table saw, but included is an automatic calculator that custom-fits the entire build to your specific table saw, overall height, and board dimensions — just plug in your numbers and the plans adjust to fit.
How It Adjusts:
- Enter your table saw's dimensions and the table reconfigures around it — no more building for a saw that isn't yours
- Set your own overall height so the table lines up with your saw's table height
- Input your board dimensions whether you're using 2x4s, metric lumber, or milled boards
Plans Include:
- Digital PDF download — 24 pages that include everything you'll need to build this expanding outfeed table
- Automatic calculator to custom-fit the build to your specific table saw, overall height, and board dimensions
- Color coded 3D images and cut plans so you know exactly where every piece goes
- Full material list with links to all hardware so you don't have to go searching
- All dimensions in inch and millimeter units
3D Model Available

Great service team. Thank you. Well laid out collect coded plans with both metric and universal measurements. Easy to follow haven’t started yet but looking forward to getting the project done. Keep up the good work
great plan easy to understand
I am not an experienced woodworker or carpenter. And, I don't have tons of tools. I enjoyed this build. The instructions are clear and the pictures and video helped make it more clear. And I wonder if the notches in the shelves are necessary. I omitted them on the upper shelf which is not square. The suggestion of clamping would have helped a first timer. Also I should have gotten 2 boxes of the #9×2 1/2 construction screws. Advice about tools to use with the drill motor to attach the "wings" to the table would have been helpful (or do you drive the screws in at an angle) and which size screws did you use to attach the saw to the table.
My next project is the expanding miter saw table. Thank you for the update for the Ultimate Miter Saw Table-Plans. The page numbers would have been helpful. I looked at each page.
Great plans and the calculations for my saw were extremely close
Great plans. Laid out well and easy to understand. I’m in the process of gathering the materials to build it. I highly recommend it.
